Crème Brulé of goat cheese

• 1 soft goat cheese
• Dash of cream
• Cane sugar
• Strips of crispy bacon
• Mixed salad


Make the goat cheese creamy in a kitchen machine with a dash of cream. Spray the mixture on a soup plate and put it in the refrigerator until it is stiff.

Take the plates out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the sugar over it. Burn the sugar till it is caramelized.

Put a little bit of mixed salad in the middle garnish it with Strips of crispy bacon
