Goat cheese Italian style

•   1 goat cheese 100gr de Molkerei
•  Parma ham
•  Pesto
•  Tomato
•  Mayonnaise
•  White vinegar
•  Fried salsify
•  Rocket salad

Smear the goat cheese with pesto and wrap it in Parma ham. Unpeel the tomato and remove the seed.

Mix the mayonnaise with white vinegar and a little bit of pesto. Lay the tomatoes on the plate and decorate them with a tuft of pesto and mayonnaise.

Heat the goat cheese for 3 minutes in the oven and spread it over the tomatoes. Garnish with rocket salad and fried salsify.
