• 4 tomatoes
• 1 cucumber
• 1 red onion
• 150gr black olives
• 2 green paprika
• 1 spoon of vinegar
• 3 spoons of olive oil
• 100 gr cubes of Goat Cheese De Molkerei
Cut the tomatoes in large pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice them carefully. Cut the onion in two and after that in slices. Same with paprika. Put the sliced vegetables together with the olives in a bowl.
Mix the vinegar with olive oil ( pepper and salt optional) and pour it over the vegetables.
Let the cubes of goat cheese drain, put them over the salad and finish it with some oregano and basil.
