Provencal Tortilla Goat Cheese

•  2 onions
• 1 glove of garlic
• 6 eggs
• 2 spoons of olive oil
• 425 g Potato parts with skin
• 400 gr Provencal wok vegetables
• 1 teaspoon Provencal herbs
• 200 g cubes of goat cheese  de Molkerei

Peel the onions and the garlic, slice them in rings and parts. Put the eggs in a bowl and knock them loose. Heat in a deep frying pan.

Bake for  minutes the onion, garlic, potatoes and vegetables.  Add herbs, salt and pepper. Mix it with cubs of goat cheese, poor the eggs over the meal and softly cook it for 20 minutes on a low fire.

Put the tortilla on a plate and spread the mix over it.
