Ingredients:
• 150 g goat cheese
• 3 dried tomatoes or black olives
• 125 gr self-raising flour
• 1 egg
• 1 dl milk
• 4 spoons olive oil
• 3 spoons chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
Heat the oven to 200 C.
Crumble the goat cheese and cut the tomatoes or olives in small pieces. Mix in a bowl the flour with goat cheese, tomatoes or olives, egg, milk, olive oil and parsley and make it to a smooth batter.
Add some salt and pepper. Put the batter in a muffin form and bake it off in 15 minutes.
