• 1 roll croissant dough
• 150 g cubes of Greek goat cheese De Molkerei
• 1 egg yolk
• Italian spices
Lay slices of croissant dough on a clean surface. Smear sufficient Greek goat Cheese on the slices of croissant dough. Roll up the slices of croissant dough, cut each roll in 3-4 pieces.
Put all pieces together in an oven bowl and brush some egg yolk on each piece. Finish it all with some Italian spices.
Put the bowl in the oven for 15 minutes till the moment they are gold-brown.
