YoGeit Full Goat Quark
In addition to soft goat’s cheese, De Molkerei also makes fresh full goat’s quark under the name YoGeit.
A full, creamy but also nice and fresh quark made from fresh goat’s milk. From our local goat farmer in Deinum.
The quark is traditionally made by us according to a traditional process, which gives the quark the best taste and a nice firm structure.
Perfect for a responsible, tasty breakfast or just before a work-out!
YoGeit Drinkyoghurt
Yogurt, whey and date syrup
YoGeit was one of the novelties on the trade fair for food specialties in Houten. YoGeit, a product by De Molkerei in the Frisian Sint Annaparochie, is a drink yogurt based on goat yogurt, goat whey and date syrup.
The result is a refreshing drink, which we liked to add another unique flavour to. That is why we chose for pure date syrup of de Dalia Sukkary Date, originating from the Arabic desert, and not comparable with the dates we generally know in the Netherlands. We have developed a special product in which two worlds come together: East meets West!”

De Molkerei also produces soft goat cheese., “Many whey is released during cheese making” says owner Els Hartog. “Previously the whey was a residual product. The whey used to be a residual product. A shame, of course, also because the whey contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients. That is why we started looking for a possibility to develop a product in which the whey is used to prevent ‘Food Waste’.
