Organic Frisian goat cheese from ‘t Wad
We also have an organic line of our Frisian goat cheese. Obviously made with the same, authentic recipe for the cheese and the same requirements that we set: knowing where it comes from, locally and a strong bond with the milk supplier.
We work together with the Organic Goatmilk Coöperatie and Gerbranda State in Pietersbierum for our organic range of Frisian goat cheese. Together we can prepare organic Frisian goat cheese from ‘t Wad with a focus on people, animals and the environment.
A REAL TASTEMAKER
Fresh goat milk is processed into our famous Frisian goat cheese at De Molkerei every day. Because it is produced in a natural way, the goat cheese has a very pleasant taste and has its own character. It is a real tastemaker for many dishes.
GOAT CHEESE TO SIZE
We cut our goat cheese into different sizes of cubes and pack them with (or without) sun flower oil into handy buckets of 10 kg. Do you want a specific interpretation of your own or do you have additional wishes? Let us know! We would like to think along with you.
