We process our own Frisian goat cheese, cream cheese, Hummus or other fillings in all kinds of amuses, snacks, spreads, tapenades and/or pesto’s at De Molkerei.
The goat cheese is seasoned with a secret herb at the mixing department, after which it is suitable to process as a tasty filling. From filled pepper and olives to salami-, ham- or salmon rolls. The production of our premium appetizers is done exclusively by dedicated women, every day.
The success of De Molkerei is due to the premium quality of our Frisian goat cheese delicacies. Delivering quality is central to our daily business and trade. That is also the case for our artisanal cheese department and at the production of our Mediterranean Specialties.
Our location in Sint Annaparochie is BRC Food and SKAL certificated.
